Infastructure
problems are always experienced by the entrepreneurial owner who has
quickly grown a company. Failure to get the proper financial advice
often leads to undisclosed problems that continue to grow as the
company fails to put the necessary financial controls in place. Often
times this situation can be corrected with sound financial guidance and
focus. If this situation is allowed to go unaddressed until such time
as the company is facing severe cash flow restrictions and/or banking
relationships have been extended to the maximum, financial turnaround
management action must be initiated immediately.
